About this event:
December 10 is Human Rights Day!
Art + Human Rights is a free walking tour that explores art at The Forks and the Canadian Museum for Human Rights (CMHR). This two-hour tour will be divided into two parts: the first hour takes place outside at The Forks site, and the second hour is held inside the CMHR.
This special collaboration is hosted by curators and interpreters from the National Gallery of Canada and the CMHR, along with artists Val Vint, KC Adams, and Jaimie Isaac. The tour highlights how art can tell human rights stories, reflect the importance of place, and inspire action.
